AJDIR is a mixed-use development in GIZA, Egypt.
The project focused on exterior visualization and visual storytelling for a compact development that brings together architecture, landscape, and everyday urban activity. The visuals were developed to communicate the project’s scale, facade rhythm, outdoor spaces, and overall atmosphere.
The visual direction aimed to present AJDIR as clear, contemporary, and approachable — highlighting the relationship between built form, circulation, greenery, and human experience.
Our scope focused on 3D visualization, image direction, lighting, composition, and final visual presentation.
The result is a set of architectural visuals designed to support the project’s identity, communicate its spatial quality, and present the development with clarity and atmosphere.
